This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how orders are processed and delivered for Curry Packs, Grocery Items, and Catering services purchased through the Ceylon Flavours website. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

SECTION 1 – DELIVERY ORIGIN

All deliveries are dispatched from our store at 41 Mahoneys Rd, Forest Hill VIC 3131. Distance-based delivery rules are calculated from this location.

SECTION 2 – PRODUCT CATEGORIES COVERED BY THIS POLICY

This policy applies to the following order types:

• Curry Packs (Fresh / Prepared Food)
• Grocery Items
• Catering Orders & Function Bookings

Each category has different delivery conditions, outlined below.

SECTION 3 – CURRY PACKS (DELIVERY CONDITIONS)

Delivery Area Restriction:
Curry Packs are delivered only within a 20km radius of Forest Hill, VIC. Delivery outside this 20km radius is not available. Australia-wide shipping is not offered for Curry Packs.

Orders Outside the Delivery Area:
If a delivery address is outside the 20km service area, Curry Packs cannot be delivered. Customers will be required to remove Curry Packs from the cart to proceed with checkout. These restrictions are enforced automatically at checkout.

SECTION 4 – GROCERY ITEMS (DELIVERY OPTIONS)

A) Within 20km of Forest Hill:
Grocery items can be delivered via local delivery. This applies to standalone grocery orders or combined orders with Curry Packs.

B) Beyond 20km:
Grocery items can still be ordered and delivered using Australia Post shipping services. Please note that Curry Packs are not eligible for delivery outside the 20km area.

SECTION 5 – LOCAL DELIVERY FEES (WITHIN 20KM ONLY)

Local delivery charges are based on the distance from our store in Forest Hill:

• 0 – 5 km: $5 delivery fee
• 5 – 10 km: $10 delivery fee
• 10 – 20 km: $20 delivery fee

Only one delivery fee is charged per order. These fees apply to Grocery Items, Curry Packs, or combined orders. Local delivery is not available beyond 20km.

SECTION 6 – CATERING ORDERS & FUNCTION BOOKINGS

Catering services and function bookings are handled separately from standard delivery orders. Catering orders are not processed through standard shipping methods.

Delivery, setup, timing, and charges (if applicable) are discussed and confirmed individually. Catering enquiries may require additional confirmation prior to acceptance. Any catering-related delivery arrangements will be communicated directly with the customer.

SECTION 7 – DELIVERY ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address entered is accurate and complete, and that the address falls within the eligible delivery area for the selected products. Ceylon Flavours is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details.

SECTION 8 – RIGHT TO REFUSE OR CANCEL ORDERS

Ceylon Flavours reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that fall outside delivery eligibility. We may cancel orders containing Curry Packs where the delivery address exceeds the 20km service area. In such cases, customers will be contacted where applicable.

SECTION 9 – CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

This Shipping & Delivery Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect operational or service changes. The version published on the website at the time of ordering will apply.
